Summary: Microsoft Windows 10 finished before launch and started the roll-out of the final version to Windows Insiders.



Microsoft Windows 10 finalized. Build 10 240 is called the RTM version will be sent out to manufacturers, though Microsoft refuses to use that name themselves. That is not surprising since the company's Windows "as a service" launches and therefore is not really there can be a final version.
